My name is Kyle Fowlkes, and I am a former athlete and current personal trainer and coach. I’ve dedicated my life to fitness and spreading my passion for optimizing health and wellness through working out. My determination and drive for reaching personal fitness goals, and wanting to help others reach theirs, is what motivated me to start Fowlkes Fitness.
